Hello Busy Families!

We hope you are all in good health and ready to come back as we are excited to see all our students.  Classes WILL RESUME ON TUESDAY, MAY 26th at their scheduled times.  All students who were actively enrolled during the week of March 16th will remain in their respective class slots.  Classes will run until Saturday, June 20th.  We will unfortunately have to cancel the End of The Year Showcase due to social distancing guidelines mandated by the state.

Make-ups for classes missed during the week of March 16th and March 23rd due to the state mandated closure will be required to be made up by Saturday, June 20th.  They can be used at open gyms which DO REQUIRE PRE-REGISTRATION, which is a change from our previous drop-in policy.  We will have various open gyms listed below you can use in place of the missed classes.  Please note a change in times:

We have decided not to allow any new enrollments for the rest of this school year.  We will not allow any new enrollments until August 2020 for the 2020-2021 School Year.  Our families who were actively enrolled in classes on March 16th WILL NOT have to pay any fees for the rest of what would have been Session #10 (May 25th-June 20th).  We want to thank our families for trusting us during this time and we want to give back where we can by providing an additional two weeks to our families at no additional cost.

We will still be offering Summer Camps but will offer a limited number of spots due to ratios and guidelines provided by the state.  All Summer Camps will require pre-registration and payment.

You can sign-up for these through our website:

We are still offering birthday parties to our families, please email in from the webpage if you are looking for a specific date and time: We have decreased the amount of parties per day and have increased the amount of time between parties to allow for an entire facility sanitation between parties.

We have a scheduled Parent Night Out on Saturday, June 6th from 5:30PM-8:30PM.  This event does require pre-registration, please note a change in time.

End of The Year Showcase (June 15-June 20) CANCELLED

We will be removing chairs in our lobby to promote social distancing.  All toys in our playroom will also be removed.  We kindly ask only one adult per family in our lobby to assist with social distancing. We do encourage the use of smart phones (facetime, zoom, house party) to share your little one(s) live with your family members instead of physically being at our gym.  Please refrain from bringing extra little ones, unless necessary, to reduce the amount of people in the lobby.  We understand we have many families who have multiple children, we just ask to be considerate of all our families who we care for when able.  If siblings must travel to the gym please bring your own basketball, football, ball and gloves where they can shoot hoops or play in our yard to help promote social distancing.

Although we know wearing a mask is encouraged, we cannot force anyone to wear one.  Our staff members will wear masks unless it impedes their ability to instruct.  We encourage parents or family members who will remain in the lobby to wear a mask as we know this will be a new normal to help mitigate the spread of bacteria and COVID-19.

We request any students who are sick or have sick family members to refrain from coming to the gym.  Please utilize the attached documents for self-assessment before coming into class as we want to mitigate the potential spread of bacteria and COVID-19  .

In a perfect world we would be able to mitigate the risk 100%, but we know we are human and will continue to do our best.  We have our own ultra-low volume (ULV) fogging machine which will be used to disinfect the entire facility each night.  We will have disinfectant solution set up at each station to be able to wipe down equipment after each rotation.  We have disinfectant wipes located around the gym along with hand sanitizer.  We always encourage handwashing as it is more effective than hand sanitizer or wipes.

Please bear with us as we will be doing our best to become accustomed to new guidelines.  Please check your JackRabbit Parent Portal Located here: as we have updated our policies.  Due to the nature of our gym and to make sure our students are safe, we will continue to provide hands on spotting and when able will demonstrate and verbally instruct skills.  If you are uncomfortable with our coaches going hands on with your child, we kindly ask you refrain from coming to classes.  To make sure our students are safe and are able to learn in a safe manner, our coaches will have to be hands on.

We thank you for trusting us with your children, as we have grown to care for our families over the years.
