Registration

There is a registration fee of $30 per school year (August-July) for the first child or $45 per immediate family to enroll. This fee helps defray administrative costs, liability insurance, and special discounts on various events.

Tuition Policy

Once a child is enrolled, they will remain enrolled unless a withdraw notice has been submitted through our website: https://www.busykidsgymnastics.com/contact-us/ If a student does not return and no notice was given, their account will be billed for the payment due. Payment is due on the first day of class of each four week session. If payment is not received by the first class of the session then a $5 late fee will be applied. Payments can be made using your MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Check, or Cash.

20% off for 3rd sibling
20% off for each sibling thereafter

Attendance & Makeup Classes

Just like at a private school, your tuition pays for a class regardless of attendance. However, you may makeup a class within 45 days of the missed class AS LONG AS YOUR CHILD IS ACTIVELY ENROLLED IN CLASS AND THEIR ACCOUNT IS CURRENT.  No credit is given for missed class. Due to smaller ratios and all COVID-19 restrictions, missed classes must be made up at scheduled open gym times scheduled throughout the months.  YOU MUST PRE-REGISTER for open gyms.  If you arrive for a make-up without scheduling, you will be turned away from class.

COVID-19

Due to the nature of our business, our coaches will go hands on with the children.  All staff members will wear a mask unless it impedes their ability to instruct, coach or communicate.  As a member, the student and family will self-assess before attending each class or event.  Students or family members will not enter the gym if they are displaying any symptoms on the screening tool provided at the front door before entering.  Families understand the risk allowing their child to interact with other children.  They will not hold Busy Kids Gymnastics responsible if their child should get sick.  They will also not bring other children to the gym if they are displaying any cold symptoms.  

Refunds/Credits Policy

No refunds or credits will be given once the session has begun.

Payment Policy

The credit/debit/banking account information you enter into your parent portal during your initial registration will be charged per session for your students class.  This is a reoccuring payments and you should understand the policies for tuition at Busy Kids Gymnastics.  All payments will be processed during the first week of the respective session.  Please refer to the session calender for dates of when payments are due.

Proper Attire Required

We recommend preschool and school-ager girls to wear a leotard or cotton shorts with a tight fitting T-shirt. Boys may wear a T-shirt and athletic type shorts. There is no gum, jewelry, and long hair must be tied back. Clothing with buttons or zippers that can damage equipment are not allowed.

Class Withdrawal Policy

All students are automatically enrolled into EVERY session, unless you let us know 2 weeks prior to the end of the session that your child will not be continuing. After the session begins payment will be required, regardless of attendance, if written notice has not been received. Please refer to the session calendar for more information.  You can easily withdraw through our website by selecing out "Contact Us" tab and then selecting "withdrawing from class" and filling out your information request.  Please refer to the session calendar for more information on due dates and session dates.

Winter Weather Policy

OPEN: Busy Kids will remain open and operating on our regular schedule if Kettering City Schools is open. If Kettering City Schools are closed, Busy Kids will be closed during our AM classes only.

Evening classes will continue as scheduled.

CLOSED: If Busy Kids needs to close due to conditions in weather that will prevent us from operating, we will share the info on our webpage and send out an email via your parent portal.  Our Voicemail will also be updated to reflect the closing.

Other

Parents are not allowed in the Warm-up/Busy Gym area unless they are participating in the Tiny Kids class. All observation must be from designated areas. Only one adult is allowed to accompany a child in the Tiny Kids class.
