ARE YOU A MEMBERSHIP GYM OR/DO YOU OFFER DROP INS?

We are a membership gym and DO NOT offer drop ins.  All of our members pay an annual enrollment fee upon initial registration into class of the respective year.  We DO NOT offer drops in as we maintain a coach to student ratio to help prevent overcrowding in the gym.

DO YOU HAVE TO SIGN UP AT THE BEGINNING OF A SESSION?

You are able to sign up for classes at any time.  Tuition will be prorated based on the week you begin classes.  For example if you join half way into a session, your tuition will be prorated 50% off due to only attending 2 of 4 classes.  You will have your regirstration fee of $30 per child or $45 per family upon initital registration.

I WANT TO SIGN UP FOR YOUR UPCOMING SESSION, WHEN CAN I DO THAT?

iFuture Session Enrollment is UNAVAILABLE UNTIL we complete the current active session.  Once we move into a new session and our students are transferred automatically, our website will reflect real-time availability for spots in classes.  We maintain a coach to student ratio and all students are moved from one session to the next in their secured spots until they either 1. withdraw with a 2-week notice or 2. we end classes in June.

CAN WE COME TO THE GYM TO SIGN-UP FOR CLASSES?

Although you are more than welcome to come to the gym to check us out, we do maintain and direct all families to our website for enrolling into classes or events.  This is due to having all our families populate their own information correctly on their registration form and to accept our policies and waivers before your child is allowed to attend class.  We do not utilize hard copies of our waivers or policies in house.  This must be done through our Parent Portal.

WHAT IS CONTINUOUS ENROLLMENT?

Once registered for class, your spot is always your spot unless you tell us otherwise.  We are a non-contract gym and only require a two week withdrawal notice if you decide to withdraw from classes which can be found here: CONTACT US.  When your child is enrolled in classes, they will be moved automatically at the end of every session into the new session.  This allows each student to retain their spot in class without parents having to continually enroll them each session.  We take care of all the work for you!

HOW LONG IS CONTINUOUS ENROLLMENT?

Once your child is enrolled, we will continue to enroll them into each session progressively until either 1. You provide a withdrawal notice through our CONTACT US page or 2. We end classes in June and break for Summer Camps.

HOW LONG DOES THE REGISTRATION FEE LAST?

Registration fee last from August to July of the respective school year.  Once paying your registration fee you are a member for the entire year.  If you choose to withdraw from classes, you are still a member and are able to register for events or open gyms.  If you decide to enroll in classes again during the respective year in which you paid your registration fee you will NOT have to pay it again.

WHERE CAN I VIEW THE SCHEDULE OF CLASSES TO JOIN?

Visit our CLASSES page and you will see the classes broken down by age group.  Our website provides a real-time availability of spots in classes as we maintain a student to coach ratio.  All of our students maintain their spots the entire year UNLESS they provide a 2 week withdrawal notice or we end classes in June of the respective year.  If you see "REGISTER" next to the class, it means there is a current opening and your student can join the class immediately.  If you see "WAITLIST" next to the class, it is full and you can register to be on the waitlist (you are not charged until you are actively enrolled in class, but it will ask you to input your information).  When a spot opens up, we reach out to the next person on the waitlist to see if they are still interested.  We offer a 48 hour hold for your student, but unfortunately if we do not receive a response from you, we will offer it to the next student on the waitlist.

I WANT TO JOIN YOUR NEXT SESSION OF CLASSES?

You ARE NOT able to view the next session of classes until our current session is finished.  This allows us to move our students from one session to the next while maintaining their spot in class.  You will be able to view real-time availability once our current session closes out and we open the newest session.  Please see our CALENDAR where you can view the beginning and ending date of each session.

WHAT IF I MISS A CLASS?

If you should miss a class due to quarantining, sickness/illness or another reason, we have several open gyms your student can schedule into right from our website, just ANNOTATE you are using it as a make-up class due to an absence after you select the correct date that works with your schedule.  All open gyms require pre-registration to prevent over-crowding.  You can also send us a message through your parent portal or website in case you have questions.

WHAT SHOULD MY CHILD WEAR?

All students should wear comfortable athletic clothing.  NO BUTTONS, NO ZIPPERS.  Students will be barefoot in the gym unless they choose to wear socks.  All athletic clothing should not be baggy while in class to prevent the students clothing from getting caught on any of the equipment.

TINY KIDS: WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE A PARENT ASSISTED CLASS?

The Tiny Kids class requires a parent/adult to be in the gym with each child.  This helps guide the student around and also allows reiteration of following the rules of waiting inline or participating in their circuits.  NO ADULTS ON THE EQUIPMENT.  While being in the gym you are simply helping to guide your little one around and assist with learning their basic gymnastics skills.  The adult taking class with their tiny one must take their shoes off when in the gym.

WHAT IF MY CHILD HAS A HARD TIME FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS IN THE TINY KIDS CLASS?

Having a parent in the gym aids in a childs participating in class.   We understand every child is different and some might follow along very well and some like to explore the gym.  If your child happens to divert from the circuit and their group, we just ask you to try and re-engage them into their circuit.  If the child is adament about going to a different area or might act out, we have coaches in the gym that can also help.  If all else fails, as long as they are not crying, we are winning!  Let them explore and they will return to their group when they feel they are ready.

WHAT IF MY CHILD HAS A HARD TIME FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS IN THE LITTLE/SUPER/LITTLE NINJA CLASS?

If your child has a hard time following instructions in one of the above classes we can check for available spots in the Tiny Kids Class.  We recognize all children develop differently, but these classes are with a group and are coach led.  If your child has a hard time following instruction, our coaches do their best to re-engage every student, but if the student is requiring more one on one attention and is taking away from the group, we feel it is best to move the student to the Tiny Kids Class where parents can help re-affirm listening and following direction.  Although this is rare, it does happen.

I JOINED THE WAITLIST; WHAT'S NEXT?

If you have joined the waitlist, that means the class is completely full.  When a student withdraws from class, a spot will become available.  We will contact the next person in line on the waitlist when a spot becomes available.  You will not need to do anything, we will either email or call to see if you are still interested in joining class.

DO YOU HAVE FREE TRIAL CLASSES?

We unfortunately do not have free trial classes as we maintain a student to coach ratio.  We do, however, offer 100% guarentee.  If you are not happy after the first initial class, stop by the front desk on the way out and we will provide a full refund, no questions asked.
