BOOKED A PARTY?

Do not forget to print off your invitation below!  It's easy!  Print the invitation and fill out the top half, then fold the invitation to fit in an envelope and then hand or mail them out. 

PLEASE NOTE: When Busy Kids is completely closed for Thanksgiving Break, Holiday Break, or Spring Break or the respective year, we will not be offering parties on the weekends before or after. This gives our staff the chance to relax and spend quality time with their families.

Can I book a birthday party?

Birthday parties are available only to current members. A member is defined as a single child who is:

• Enrolled in classes for the current year

• Has paid the annual registration fee

This is one of the perks of being a Busy Kids member! 

I am not a member—can I still book a party?

As of Fall 2024, only members can book parties. The child must be in our system at the time of booking. Parties cannot be booked on behalf of non-member friends or family.

What is included in the birthday party package?

Our $250 member package includes:

• 90 minutes of private access (60 mins gym time + 30 mins party room)

• Up to 12 participating children + birthday child (additional kids are $10 each)

• A custom 12" cookie cake by Simply Decadent (Bellbrook, OH)

• Juice boxes

• Favor cups for each child

Open Gym includes: tumble trak, foam pit, trampoline, bars, beams, spring floor, and bounce house. 

What does the party host do for the birthday party?

The party host is your dedicated Busy Kids liaison. They open the gym, set everything up, guide the flow of the party, and handle cleanup before and after—ensuring your celebration runs smoothly from start to finish.

What are the age requirements?

• Parties are for children ages 1–12

• Only children under 12 are allowed on equipment

• No adults or anyone age 13+ on equipment—no exceptions

Can we add extra time to the party?

No. We no longer offer additional party time.

How do I check available dates?

Use the form at the bottom of this page to request a date.

• We book 8–12 weeks out, with most weekends fully booked 5 weeks in advance

• If available, you’ll receive an email with a date/time and a 24-hour hold to confirm

Can siblings over age 12 participate?

Only children 12 and under may participate. In rare cases, immediate siblings may be considered—ask in advance.
Reminder: No adults on equipment.

Can we bring our own food?

Yes—light snacks only:

• Finger foods like chips, pretzels, veggie trays, etc.

• No crockpots or buffet-style setups

Pizza is available from Domino’s at an extra cost (cheese or pepperoni only, 16 half-slices per pizza).
No outside pizza or smash cakes allowed.

Can we bring our own drinks?

No outside drinks except water. Please use our refrigerated cooler, which includes:

• Water, juice boxes, and 6 soda options
  Final drink total will be added to your balance at the end.

Do you provide paper products?

Yes—we provide plates and napkins.
If you bring extra food or your own cake, please bring additional utensils.

Can we bring decorations?

Yes! You're welcome to bring:

• Balloons and themed decorations
  But please, no:

• Confetti or glitter

• Moving our gym decorations or themed displays

When can we arrive before the party?

Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes early.
We run multiple parties each weekend and need this time to prepare your party room.

When will I get my confirmation?

You’ll receive a confirmation email or call by Thursday before the party, to:

• Confirm headcount

• Add pizza (optional, additional cost)
  Feel free to ask questions at that time!

When will I receive my party packet?

Your packet will be emailed a few days after you pay your deposit.
Didn’t receive it? Contact us, and we’ll resend it.

Do I need a waiver for every guest?

No. A general waiver will be available at check-in for all attending parents/guardians to sign.

Do you offer a military discount for parties?

We do not offer military discounts on birthday parties.
However, we do offer a discount on registration fees for military families.
