WHAT IS PROVIDED WITHIN THE BIRTHDAY PARTY?
The party cost is for up to 12 kids with any additional kids over the quantity of 12 will be at an additional cost of $10.00 each. You will have 90 minutes in total in our PRIVATE 8000sqft facility for only you and your guests. 60 minutes in the gym and 30 minutes in the birthday party room totaling 90 minutes. You will receive a 12" custom cookie cake made specifically for us, juice boxes and a party favor cups for each child who attends.
HOW OLD ARE THE CHILDREN ALLOWED TO ATTEND THE BIRTHDAY PARTY?
We normally hold parties for children ages 1 to 12 years old. Only childen under the age of 12 are allowed in the gym to participate. Anyone age 13 and over are NOT ALLOWED in the gym and are NOT ALLOWED ON THE EQUIPMENT.
ARE WE ABLE TO ADD AN ADDITIONAL 30 MINUTES?
You are able to add an additional 30 minutes to the party costing an additional $60.00. You are able to determine if you would like this time in the gym or in the birthday party room. YOU MUST make this decision WHEN BOOKING the party as we have certain time frames set aside for each party booking and must leave adequate time between parties for our party hosts to clean up and set up our gym. You cannot add this on after the party has been booked. NO EXCEPTIONS.
WHAT DATES ARE AVAILABLE?
If you are looking for a specific date, please use our contact us page and send us a message requesting date availability for you birthday parties. We normally book out six to eight weeks and are completely full within a four week time frame from today's current date. Please contact us sooner than later if you are seeking a birthday party reservation as we only have so my slots available each weekend.
ARE WE ALLOWED TO BRING OUR OWN FOOD?
You are allowed to bring light finger snacks, meat, cheese or veggie trays. Pretzels and chips, etc. Finger foods, but not crock-pot buffet style. We do offer pizza at AN ADDITIONAL COST. We are contracted with Dominos and do not use any other pizza companies. NO OUTSIDE PIZZAS BROUGHT IN. We only order cheese or pepperoni. All pizzas are double sliced to reduce the amount of waste. Each pizza has 16 half slices. This will be asked during the confirmation email the week of the party. NO SMASH CAKES!!
WHAT PAPER PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED?
We do provide plates and napkins. If you are bringing additional finger foods or your own cake, please plan to bring your own utinsels.
ARE WE ALLOWED TO BRING OUR OWN DRINKS?
We do ask you purchase the drinks from our refridgerated drink cooler. We have nine different sodas, water and juice boxes. NO OUTSIDE DRINKS. This will be cashed out at the end of the party when you pay the second half of your deposit balance.
ARE WE ALLOWED TO BRING BALLOONS OR DECORATIONS?
You are allowed to bring your own balloons and decorations. We do ask NO CONFETTI and NO GLITTER. Please do not remove/move our gym decorations as we have different themes based on our sessions for classes. Our birthday party room has decorations, but if you have a specific theme, you are more than welcome to bring them in to supplement what we already have. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE ANY OF OUR GYM DECORATIONS.
HOW EARLY ARE WE ALLOWED TO COME BEFORE THE PARTY?
We ask you do not show up more than 10-15 minutes before your party time as our staff will be getting your room ready for you. We host multiple parties each Saturday, please be courteous to arrive no more than 10-15 minutes before and to promptly leave at the end of the party so our host can prepare the gym for the incoming party.
WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION CALL/EMAIL FOR THE BIRTHDAY PARTY?
We will normally contact you the week of the birthday party to determine the headcount and if you would like to add pizzas to your order (additional cost and not included in the party package as seen above). We will be more than glad to answer any questions you have at that time.
WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE OUR BIRTHDAY PARTY PACKET?
You will normally receive it a few days after you book the birthday party AND pay the deposit to secure your spot. If you have not received your packet please send us a message so we can get you a copy of the information to help provide more information about the upcoming party.
DO WE HAVE TO PROVIDE A WAIVER FOR EACH KID INVITED TO THE PARTY?
You do not have to provide a waiver for each child even though we include an invitation with waiver information in your party packet, we will have a generic party waiver at the desk each parent/guardian can sign upon arrival to our gym.
IS THERE A MILITARY DISCOUNT FOR BIRTHDAY PARTIES?
At this time there is No Military Discount for birthday parties. We do offer Military discounts for registration fees when enrolling into classes for the calendar year.
