No. We are a membership-based gym. An annual enrollment fee is required upon initial registration.
I JOINED THE WAITLIST. NOW WHAT?
We’ll contact you when a spot opens. You won’t be charged until enrollment. We offer a 48-hour hold once we reach out. No response = spot offered to the next on the list.
DO YOU OFFER FREE TRIAL CLASSES?
No, but we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not satisfied after the first class, visit the front desk for a full refund.
DO I HAVE TO START AT THE BEGINNING OF A SESSION?
No. You may join at any time. Tuition will be prorated based on your start date.
WHEN CAN I SIGN UP FOR AN UPCOMING SESSION?
Enrollment for future sessions opens only after the current session ends. Once current students are transferred, real-time class availability is reflected online.
CAN I SIGN UP FOR CLASSES IN PERSON?
All enrollment must be completed online via our website. This ensures proper completion of registration forms, waivers, and policy agreements.
WHAT IS CONTINUOUS ENROLLMENT?
Once enrolled, your child keeps their spot each session unless you submit a 2-week withdrawal notice or classes end in June.
HOW LONG IS CONTINUOUS ENROLLMENT?
Once your child is enrolled, we will continue to enroll them into each session progressively until either 1. You provide a withdrawal notice through our CONTACT US page or 2. We end classes in June and break for Summer Camps.
HOW LONG DOES THE REGISTRATION FEE LAST?
The registration fee covers August through July of the school year. You remain a member even if you withdraw, and can register for events and return to classes without repaying.
WHERE CAN I VIEW THE CLASS SCHEDULE?
Visit our CLASSES page. Real-time availability is shown. If "REGISTER" appears next to a class, you may join immediately. If "WAITLIST" appears, the class is full and you will be contacted when a spot opens.
I WANT TO JOIN YOUR NEXT SESSION OF CLASSES?
You ARE NOT able to view the next session of classes until our current session is finished. This allows us to move our students from one session to the next while maintaining their spot in class. You will be able to view real-time availability once our current session closes out and we open the newest session. Please see our CALENDAR where you can view the beginning and ending date of each session. The easiest way to get into class is to join the waitlist if the class is full.
DO I NEED TO RE-ENROLL EACH SESSION?
No. We automatically roll students into the next session unless a withdrawal notice is submitted.
CAN I REGISTER FOR FALL CLASSES AT THE END OF THE SCHOOL YEAR?
Yes. Families enrolled in Session #9 receive priority registration during the last two weeks of that session at the front desk. Returning families may register the last two weeks of June. Public registration begins July 1.
WHAT IF I MISS A CLASS?
Make-up classes are offered through our scheduled open gyms. Note your absence when registering for open gym online. Pre-registration is required.
WHAT SHOULD MY CHILD WEAR?
Comfortable athletic clothing (no buttons/zippers). Barefoot or socks only. Avoid baggy clothing to prevent snags on equipment.
WHAT IS A TINY KIDS (PARENT ASSISTED) CLASS?
A parent must be in the gym with their child to assist them through circuits. No adults on equipment. Adults must remove shoes.
WHAT IF MY TINY KID STRUGGLES TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS?
It’s normal! Parents help re-engage kids. Coaches assist as well. As long as they aren’t upset, exploration is okay.
WHAT IF MY LITTLE/SUPER/NINJA KID STRUGGLES TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS?
If group settings are too challenging, we may recommend transferring to Tiny Kids where a parent can assist. Coaches attempt to re-engage students, but one-on-one redirection may not always be possible.
