To receive member pricing you must have been enrolled in the 2024-2025 School Year and paid registration fees.  All registrations will be checked before camps and prices will be adjusted.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ):

WHAT TIME IS DROP OFF?

First Day Drop off occurs around 8:45am and no earlier, if you arrive early, please remain in your vehicles until our staff is ready to receive the campers. Every day after drop off wil be between 8:50am-9:00am.

WHAT TIME IS PICK-UP?

Pick-up occurs promptly at 1:00pm.  If you child might need to leave early, communicate with our staff so they can help have your camper ready or if you will be running late, please let our staff know the morning at drop-off.  

WHAT ABOUT LUNCHES?

Camper lunches should be packed Monday-Thursday.  We will have a pizza party for lunch on Friday, the last day of camp.  Please let our staff know if your child has allergies or special dietary needs.  You are always allowed to pack lunch everyday, including Friday if you feel more comfortable. 

WHAT IF I SIGN-UP AND CHANGE MY MIND ABOUT THE DATES?

Since there are a limited amount of spots in each camp, when you register, payment will be required immediately.  This fee secures your child(s) spot in the camp. The camp fee is non-refundable, it may be transferred to another available camp session during the summer of 2025, subject to availability and approval by the Camps Adminsitrative Staff.  The request for transfer should come through our website form located below at least 7 days prior to the commencement of the originially scheduled camp session.  There will be no credits offered.
